Who are your clients?
We work with leaders in UK corporates and mid-size companies to make a difference to performance and results. Our services aren’t sector specific because the majority of these challenges will be experienced in all complex organisations. That said we work most often in oil & energy, construction, manufacturing and other areas of infrastructure such as rail and utilities.
What companies have you worked with?
BP, Royal Bank of Scotland, Network Rail, Thames Water, Amec Foster Wheeler, Petroleum Brunei, Worley Parsons, Amey, OGP, Balfour Beatty, Youth Sport Trust and more.
What do you do for them?
We work with clients to create result focused workshops with a compelling blend of subject matter content and participant engagement. At its simplest we provide meeting facilitation for face to face meetings and groups collaborating via Skype or video conferencing. At the other end of the scale, we design workshops to solve a specific challenge, for example, agreeing a business model for a new organisation or overcoming collaboration issues in a project. Through short focused engagements we deliver simplification and clarity of direction, team and stakeholder buy-in and improved effectiveness and capability.
What are the benefits?
Greater effectiveness and performance in teams and projects would be the number one answer. However, each client has different priorities and sees value in a different way. Here are some of the valuable things clients have enjoyed,
Strategic focus using thrill or kill decision support for “an old chestnut business” idea.
Driving clarity and performance by deploying five year strategic goals down to individual annual operational plans
Building an amazing team by using our external capability to complement internal leadership styles and skills
What is different about your approach?
Three things. We’re use our experience and independence to re-frame your challenge in a way that progress can be accelerated. We’re use proven engagement methods to generate a buzz and desire about getting to the result. We do it collaboratively every step of the way.
How much will it cost?
We want the client to experience value and for price to not be a barrier to progress. That means we will be transparent and flexible. Key drivers are the degree of tailoring to existing programmes, the amount of resource we put into the project, and the mix of onsite or online collaborative working. All these are directed to meeting your needs and achieving the desired outcomes. For illustrative purposes, subject to needs analysis,
