I’m only half way through this excellent book and already excited enough to want to share it with you.  There are a million sources that deal with how to deliver successful projects.  This is the first I’ve found that provides a comprehensive treatment and set of tools for looking at projects in a context of Culture, Organisational Capability and Project Complexity.  It’s also very readable – take a look.
